Wearing: Tennis ball tutu

People, I present to you my latest thrifty find: the tennis ball tutu. Literally the hue of a tennis ball, the color is vibrant and slightly annoying; the structure is playful and slightly transparent.

It's BCBG Runway and I still can't figure out why someone gave it up. Sure, it resembles a tutu and makes your bottom appear larger. But, with a leather jacket and beat up booties, I think it's pretty sweet. I included one of the photos just for fun,  because who doesn't love a random poodle.

Oh, and punch buggy silver.

Yesterday's post got me thinking.

Thinking about how much I love the classic look of Converse. Okay, so Isabel Marant sneakers might not be in my financial future, but crisp white (optical white to be exact) high-tops are definitely in my financial present. Here they be with my harem jeans and letterman's jacket.

Welp, I'm in love with a gym shoe.

Isabel Marant's sneakers are sneaking up everywhere and I heart them so hard. Weird, right? They're oversized, chunky, high-heeled, Velcro covered shoes that are so super fab I'm thisclose to splurging. I won't, but I'll pretend.

Attack of the killer jorts

(Enter Jaws music) It's almost here. Jorts season. Duh nuh. Duh nuh.

Despite the fact that my pale legs must face the public, Jorts (jean shorts) might just be my favorite summer staple.

I love wearing them with light blazers (see Heidi Klum below), soft tanks, even thin sweaters. I'm also liking the baggy jort trend (See Ashley Olsen and Stephanie Tran below), so I need to somehow figure that out on my body type.

Chloe wearing

This is me bragging about my stylish sister Chloe. BRAG BRAG BRAG. At the ripe age of 17, she already has such a unique look...hard to come by with teens these days. BRAG BRAG BRAG.

Here she wears a pastel blouse, an amazeballs shearling coat and midnight blue flats. Her top knot bun proves we're related.

The red Cadillac in the background adds to the coolness (planned of course).
