In every effort to utilize my spring/summer clothes for winter, I re-purposed this dotted top, which is so cute standalone, to be the 'pop' of my outfit today. It also prevented me from looking like a black blob (as my boyfriend called me).
I usually wear this shade in the lipstick form, not in the blouse form but I quite like color for a change. Plus it's versatile. Great casually (lighter jeans, neutral boots) or dressy (leather pants and leopard heels). And it may be just me but I have a tough time finding cool long sleeved blouses for fall.
A+ for Kim, whose style is certainly elevated post-North. Mixing neutrals, soft make-up, and classic silhouettes are all tenets of my personal style so I've enjoyed seeing what she's been wearing. Die for the oversized camel coat.
This coat is an absolute treasure I found at H&M a few years ago. And while its studs are trendy, the coat has been a classic staple that I could never part with. I could never part with the endless compliments I get on it either. Wink.
Today is sort of a mish mash of neutrals (again) and I'm finally showing you my favorite beige booties I wrote about last week. Happy Thursday, kids! Almost there!
Sigh. These pants. They are a great color and appear to be a great fit but they are seriously uncomfortable. No stretch. No give. They are Gap legging jeans, appropriately named "Always Skinny" and trust me, they are always. skinny.
The sweater was a Crossroads find and I absolutely love the chunky cowl neck. Some cowl necks lay limp and useless but this one is big and structured (similar to this Zara sweater I have).
