Wearing: Painter's outfit

It's been dreary here in Chicago, rainy and cold with clouds hovering at all hours. Fog is thick, sweaters are thick (even in May). But, alas, there's hope. Some damp, warmish weather headed our way calls for light colored layers shelled by a green anorak.

I realize that without the jacket I look a bit like a painter, because all painters paint in fancy silver kitten heels. Right?

Wearing: Saturday gangster

Here's me on a Saturday in front of a big-ass brick wall. I'm wearing a pleated black skirt, chunky gold (and kind of gangster) necklaces and my combat boots. Topped with an army green jacket, I'm headed off to lunch.

The necklaces are my favorite, surprisingly heavy for a Forever21 find.
