This post sponsored by white shoes, which no longer look cheap and tacky but fresh, forward-thinking and full of spunk. I recently bought
white booties, which I've worn a couple times, but I can't wait to wear them with bare legs (bare
tan legs) to see how they'd work in a summer-y context. In the mean time, I'm getting inspired by big fur, leather pants, RED. Very glam.
Man, that takes me back to elementary school days, wearing my favorite hand-me-down church dresses with BRIGHT WHITE mary janes--and of course, ruffled socks turned down at the ankle. I used to hate Labor Day b/c my mom would make me switch to black shoes, but it wasn't cool enough to wear the winter dresses they matched, so I had to wear the summer ones...with black shoes. So glad fashion "rules" don't exist anymore.
