Let's call a spade a spade here and call the high-low skirt trend like it is: A mullet on your bottom half. Short in the front and long in the back, it's an indecisive item perfect for in-between weather. You have extra fabric, which gives off the "hey it's still chilly" vibe, and you have the shortness in the front which gives off the "hey I'm fun" vibe.
