Wearing: Cutout boots

I feel like I've barely worn skirts this season and of course when the temperature hits 60 (50's in the mornings!) I decide sure, bare legs make a ton of sense right now. Anyway, onto the boots I've been raving about. They are my new favorite fall item and somewhat of a splurge since I bought them new and at full price (okay, at DSW's full price).
